Spring Cleaning Tips To Keep You Cool and Calm This Spring and Summer!
Clean up your hormones! If you are having pesky peri menopausal or menopausal symptoms, balance your hormones naturally! Many gyms offer free or affordable personal trainers that will help you get started. I love Planet Fitness! Exercise is one of the best things you can do to alleviate menopausal symptoms.
Toss Out Anything (or Anyone) causing you stress. Stress and anxiety are both major triggers for hot flashes, heart palpitations, & more! Give yourself at least 10 minutes twice a day to focus on nothing at all -- or, positive thoughts only! Take the time to go within, release all negative thoughts and embrace only positive thoughts.
