LOAD UP with whole foods like dark, leafy, veggies, fresh fruits, lean protein, healthy grains, water, herbal infused iced teas, fruit infused water (during the day), and sodium free seltzer water -- you'll feel those hot flashes and night sweats diminish!

AVOID or reduce processed foods, sugar, overly spicy-hot foods and beverages, & caffeine -- Especially at night!!

EXPERIMENT with natural sweeteners including monk fruit, stevia, and coconut sugar.  Use maple syrup, molasses, and honey sparingly!  My favorite is monk fruit!
