Spring Cleaning for Hot Flashes, Night Sweats, Vaginal Dryness & More!

All right my beautiful ladies, Spring is just around the corner and for most of us (including me) it's time to do a little Spring cleaning in our own back yards!  With Spring and Summer come warmer temperatures, slinkier clothes, more social outings like weddings, baby showers, day parties, outdoor concerts and more!  While all of this sounds exciting and fun on the surface -- throw in hot flashes, night sweats, irritability, reduced rest, flabby body parts, heart palpitations (shall I go one?) and things could go left really quickly!

Spring Cleaning Tips To Keep You Cool and Calm This Spring and Summer!

Toss Out Anything (or Anyone) causing you stress.  Stress and anxiety are both major triggers for hot flashes, heart palpitations, & more!  Give yourself at least 10 minutes twice a day to focus on nothing at all --  or, positive thoughts only!  Take the time to go within, release all negative thoughts and embrace only positive thoughts.  Don' forget to use your No Sweat Plus Diffuser Oil (with all natural Hormone Balancing Balancing Essential Oils) Smells Yummy!
